Looks delicious. The first time I ate Abalone was at a wedding in San Francisco. My husband is a terrible eater when it comes to trying new foods so I ate all my food at the wedding including his portions of the Abalone. He has no idea what is missing! I now ask my SIL to make this for me when I visit her.

Thanks everyone for taking your time to read this post ;DThanks Mary! Please visit often.Nat & Jagruti: Abalone is mostly served on the table during Chinese New Year and Wedding.Hungry tummies: There are lots of abalone available in Australia, right? I think it's very much cheaper than here.Gera: Thanks!Tuty: I've heard from a Chef saying that you can drop the whole can of abalone in boiling for 4 hours to get the tenderness. But to save time, I just eat abalone straight from can as this is already cooked.Rachel: Your MIL must be a good cook… Very time consuming to cook abalone.
