This is the most healthy and nutritious drink with the combination of avocado, apple and yakult. Very refreshing and creamy like smoothie and also it can be done within minutes.

Ingredients
- ½ Avocado
- 1 Green apple
- 2 bottles Yakult (apple & orange flavour)
材料： - ½粒 牛油果
- 1粒 青苹果
- 2瓶 养了多 (Yakult), 苹果和橙口味
Instructions
- Remove avocado flesh, peel apple and cored, chopped to cubes.
- Add all the ingredients in the liquidizer and blend to smooth and ready to serve.
做法： - 将牛油过切半，用汤匙把果肉挖出来，备用。把苹果削皮，去核切丁状。
- 将所有的材料放入果汁搅拌机里，搅拌成顺滑即可马上享用。

Apple and grape Yakult are my fav Yakult flavours and they are not available in Australia. All the Yakult here is original or low fat… That's all. With this recipe, I can make our Yakult here as interesting as the ones in Singapore!
