Devil’s Tomato Glass
Come have fun and enjoy this cool Devil’s Tomato Glass for Halloween.
Ingredients:
- 500g Red Honey Tomatoes ~puree
- 420g Water
- 80g Sugar
- 18g Gelatine powder
- 1 tbsp Lemon juice
- 20g Canned tomato juice
Mirror
- 100g Canned tomato juice
- 8g Gelatine powder
- 80g Water
Decoration:
- 20 Red Honey Tomatoes
- some melted chocolate
Method:
- In a pot, add water, sugar and gelatine together and bring to boil, stir in half of tomato puree ~ stir well and leave to cool down a little and stir in the balance tomato puree.
- Lastly stir in lemon juice and canned tomato juice.
- Pour into glass until 80% full. Chill in refrigerator till set.
- Mirror : Mix all ingredients and bring to boil ~ let it cool down a little and pour onto coagulated tomato jelly and chill for about 15 mins or more to set.
- Add Red Honey Tomato with devil drawing as decoration.~~ Use a toothpick to dip some melted chocolate and draw on tomato at your own imagination. Secured Devil’s Tomato with a toothpick from the bottom and insert on top of tomato jelly.
