2 Flower crabs~ cut crabs into half, clean and wash
8 Large prawns (200g)
100g Cod fish, sliced
3 slices Ginger
1 tbsp Chinese cooking wine
1 litre Chicken broth + 2 cups water
Some spring onions and coriander leaves
- Pour chicken broth and water with ginger into a deep pot, bring to boil.
- Put all the seafood into the broth with cooking wine and tomatoes, boil ~ cover, simmer for 5 minutes.
- Lastly add spring onions and coriander leaves.
- Serve hot seafood soup with rice.
