Hi Ann, I baked this last nite. Wow! It is good! Its so moist! However, mine is more sour then sweet; guess its the pineapple jam. I got mine from Phoon Huat. I know there are various jam grades from Phoon Huat, which one did you buy? Can show me picture of the packaging if you have Sorry for being troublesome!

Hi Ai Li, you're very 勤劳!hahaa… I also used PH pineapple jam (the good grade). If it is too sour, you omit the lemon juice.

Cilia: This recipe is not suitable for muffin. The height of this slice is about one and half inches, if you make into muffin the batter will be too heavy and also too sweet for big bite. Pls take note: is 3 eggs not 2 eggs, typing mistake.
