Hi pls give me a tip on how to cleanly make the stencil design on top of the cake because the cream gets smudged when i remove it. Thanks a lot!!

Gorgeous!!! Wish I could come to Singapore and learn all this from u:-)). Can u please include a step by step tutorial on how to get this perfect finish, the consistency for whipping cream and basics of cake decoration??

Thank you! This cake can be done within an hour because I used the Tiramisu fond. Only the cake takes longer time to set the mousse 🙂

Tiramisu fond is a powdered fresh cream stabilizer with freeze dried mascarpone. This is imported from Germany. You can get it from Sunlik.
The taste is no different from the original mascarpone cheese.
I mix fresh cream and whipping cream together is to lessen the sweetness.

is it the taste same by replace mascarpone cheese to tiramisu powder??? actually the mascapone cheese very hard to control….. very easy split….

CBL : Snow powder is not icing sugar, it is not sweet or melt. I always use this for dusting on cakes.

Ashley: Yeah, I used the shortcuts to make this cake by using Tiramisu powder instead of marscarpone cheese.

Very nice presentation :). I don't like coffee (for drinking I mean), but I like tiramisu. It does look quite complex to make though.
