awww it's beautiful! The first time i made this, it turned out brown because I used brown sugar. haha

August 26, 2009 2:46 pm

Thank you! This cake can be done within an hour because I used the Tiramisu fond. Only the cake takes longer time to set the mousse 🙂

Last but not least, this Tiramisu look nice and yummy, and I supposed it took you a lot of time to prepare this, you are just great.

Anonymous & Ashley,

Tiramisu fond is a powdered fresh cream stabilizer with freeze dried mascarpone. This is imported from Germany. You can get it from Sunlik.
The taste is no different from the original mascarpone cheese.
I mix fresh cream and whipping cream together is to lessen the sweetness.

is it the taste same by replace mascarpone cheese to tiramisu powder??? actually the mascapone cheese very hard to control….. very easy split….

Beautifully prepared and photographed! I love tiramisu.

CBL : Snow powder is not icing sugar, it is not sweet or melt. I always use this for dusting on cakes.

Ashley: Yeah, I used the shortcuts to make this cake by using Tiramisu powder instead of marscarpone cheese.
