Amazing! I suppose they need to be stored at special temperatures? if not, the dry ingredients will absorb moisture, and the art-piece…gone!

Lindsey, Too bad..I didn't know about the exhibition after reading the papers. I just went to this place this morning.
Do you recognize of these ingredients? The first picture is black fungus with black & white pepper seeds. The one next to it is lily bulb with dried shrimps…
