Hi Ann, can you share the recipe for Agar Agar with Chocolate. I’m having kids party this sunday. Thank you very much.
Hi Yvonne, Sorry I don’t have time to make anything at home as I’m going away this Friday. Why not have a look at the Dessert at Recipe Index above. You might like something to make for the party 🙂
Ok thank you
Thank you.
Hi Olive,
This is a very simple dessert. 1 packet agar agar = 1 litre water with 180g sugar.
Measure your cake tin with water, then pour the cake tin water into the measuring cup. Supposing the water is 2 litre, you can use 500ml fresh milk or coconut milk and balance 1500ml water. (if you don't like too much milk, can reduce to 250ml with 1750ml water) Cook agar agar powder, sugar and water together, milk should be added last after the agar agar liquid is ready…method please refer to my lychee mooncake recipe
Pour about 1 inches of agar agar liquid into cake, let it set and use flower cutter to stamp into the agar agar and use a sharp knife to remove flower. The balance liquid you can add divide into two portions, one with pink colour and do the layering.
Anncoo,
these are so pretty, how did you do these?
The agar-agar look fantastic!
