Cherry Delights
This recipe is an easy way to make soft drinks a bit more exciting and is a cool looking dessert the kids will love.
Ingredients A
- Bring Ingredients (A) to almost boil, add soaked gelatin and stir till gelatin dissolved and boil liquid for 2-3 minutes, set aside.
- Bring Ingredients (B) to almost boil, add soaked gelatin and stir till gelatin dissolved and boil liquid for 2-3 mins, off heat. Continue to stir liquid to almost cool and add milk into it, mix well.
- Prepare 6-8 small glasses. Pour 2-3 tbsp cherry liquid into each glass and chill to set for about 10 mins or put in freezer for about 5 mins.
- Remove from refrigerator and add 2-3 tbsp milk cherry liquid and chill for 10 mins or put in freezer for about 5 mins..
- Repeat process until you finished up the cherry liquid and chill for 2 hours and serve..

Do you have gelatin leaf or gelatin powder in US? If yes you make it with with fruit juice or any type of soft drinks.
If not you can use jello according to the package instructions with different flavor and colors.

Yes, can just any juices you prefer. You can even mix with two different color type of juices without adding milk into it.
