Crispy Baked Cod Fish with Nori Seaweed 鳕鱼香酥脆片
将鳕鱼片铺排在烤盘上
Cut nori seaweed into half
紫菜剪一半
一半再折成三片大小一样
剪成3片(一张紫菜剪出六片)
刷上蛋白液,贴上紫菜片,再剪小片即可。
放进预热烤箱摄氏150度烤8分钟,然后翻面再烤4分钟。
待冷却后即可封密收藏。
