Frothy ‘Dalgona’ Coffee 奶盖咖啡
This is the first time that I heard of Frothy ‘Dalgona’ Coffee when I saw two of my baker friends shared it on Facebook. It looked so simple to make and can be done in a couple of minutes. So I jump into the bandwagon to join in the fun. Seems this is the latest online trend (from Korea) and this coffee only requires 3 ingredients – instant coffee, sugar and hot water. Whip them together into a thick foam for about 3 minutes. Then dollop it into a glass of iced milk, stir well and enjoy! My Frothy ‘Dalgona’ Coffee is not sweet at all because I filled up my glass with too much milk and ice as I usually had black coffee (without sugar). For your choice, you may add less milk and ice and add more sugar if you have a sweet tooth.

Frothy 'Dalgona' Coffee
Ingredients
- 1 tbsp instant coffee
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp hot water
- 1 汤匙 急速咖啡粉
- 1 汤匙 细糖
- 1 汤匙 热水
Instructions
- Whip all the ingredients together into a thick foam for about 3 minutess. Then dollops it onto a glass of iced milk, stir well and enjoy!将所有材料搅打至浓稠的奶油状态即可。然后杯子放入冰块,倒入牛奶。将打好的浓稠咖啡加入在牛奶上即可拌匀即可享受一杯冰奶盖咖啡了!。
