Hi Ann, I love this cold tofu. Always get it with bento and I do wish they would give a bigger piece or two pieces hah! hah!

this is sooo delicate… if this was me handling this dish, i&#39d hv no success in getting it onto the plate… it&#39d be like the falling tower of tofu….

Weather here is getting colder for this but so good for summer hot weather for sure! Like how easy it is to make this.

I love this simple dish. I always order this at the Japanese restaurants but its so easy to make I really should just do it at home.

Hi Ann,This looks good. I must try to eat this for our coming summer! Strangely, we are having a very cold Spring in this weeks or two… Still waiting for the warmer days to arrive!Zoe

Hi Zoe,I love tofu and I can eat tofu at least 3 times a week. Hopefully you&#39ll try this easy and healthy cold tofu one day.

Hi Ann,Love this cold tofu. I have never tried adding shaved bonito on.Thanks for sharing this wonderful dish.Can i use 水豆腐to make this?? mui

I make this appetizer quite often at home. I often add thousand years eggs and pickled ginger with mine when I serve this. 🙂 Totally delicious and I can eat this all year round. 🙂

Little did I know that I have been enjoying Japanese Cold Tofu all these years, lol…I adore tofu. Sometimes when I eat it like this I feel like I have eaten a delicious dessert!
