Orange Pudding
Ingredients:
250g Orange juice
180g Sugar
1 Orange Zest
2 tbsp Lemon juice
2 Egg yolks
250g Fresh milk
250g Whipping cream
2 tbsp Gelatine powder + 5 tbsp water
2 tsp Agar agar powder (optional)
1 tsp Orange flavour
1/4 tsp Orange colouring
1/2 tbsp Cointreau (optional)
Method:
- Soak 2 tbsp gelatine powder with 5 tbsp water.
- Lightly beat egg yolks combine with orange juice and lemon juice together and pass through a sieve, leave aside.
- In a pot, boil fresh milk, whipping cream, orange zest, sugar and agar agar together, stirring mixture all the time till liquid almost boil and add in gelatine and bring to boil again.
- Remove pot from heat, pour in orange juice mixture and stir well.
- Then add in orange flavour, cointreau and orange colouring, stir well again.
- Pour mixture into prepared mould or cups.
- Leave mould or cups in fridge for about one hour to set.

If you want to put the pudding in flowers shaped moulds, is better to add in the agar agar powder~so that the pudding is firm enough for removing from the moulds.
