Orange sherbet

Ingredients:
450ml Orange juice
150g Sugar
Juice from half lemon
3/4cup Whipping cream
a little orange flavour & orange colouring
Method:
- In a cup add orange juice, lemon juice and sugar together, stir well.
- Mix in whipping cream and let stand in the fridge for at least one hour or until mixture is very cold.
- Pour the chilled mixture into ice cream maker and churned till sherbet is formed. (about 20-30 mins)
Freeze the soft sherbet for 2-4 hours or overnight until it is firmly set.To serve, thaw slightly and scoop the required portion, garnish with some fresh fruits. - note: can use mango and adjust sugar to your taste
