Gingerbread Christmas Tree Cookies
As Christmas is fast approaching, why not put up the Christmas Tree and decorate it together with your family. Why not also make Christmas Tree Cookies with your kids during the holidays? I’m sure your kids will have a lot of fun arranging and stacking up the star-shaped cookies from big to small. They can also make some 3D Christmas Tree with the remaining dough. Frost them with a little icing and stick the M&M chocolate candy as decoration. This will certainly brighten up the day!

Hi Phoebii,
I got the star cookie cutter from Daiso.

Pretty delicious cookies , Ann ! Very creative and such a great way to get kids involve in baking 🙂
May I know how to make the royal icing?every time I made the royal icing was not very good, especially while adding in the coloring,it couldnt mix well and runny. How to keep the royal icing for the next day?
Hi Elaine, I didn't make the royal icing myself because only a small amount of it needed. I just bought it from the ingredients store.
I think you need to beat the egg white till very stiff. You may check on Cake Journal's site. Louise always generously shared her bakes and decoration tips.
Thanks!!
Ann,
This is so lovely! I like both tree.

Hi Ann! I like the star-stacked x'mas tree! How do you make the tree topper stay upright? Just the royal icing alone?
Yes, just tip a little royal icing at the end of the star and it will dry up quickly.
Hi Ann, wow… love your Christmas tree cookies. Sooo cute and pretty, you're very creative.
Have a nice week ahead.
Ann,
