Black Sesame & Soya Milk Pudding 黑白奶冻杯
After baking the Black Sesame Marble Chiffon Cake, I made these black sesame & soya milk pudding over the weekend with the leftover black sesame paste. The dessert is healthy, delicious, low-fat and low-carb. This divine, grey and white pudding can be prepared within a few minutes, excluding the time required for chilling. The sweetness is perfect with the nutty flavour and smooth silky texture. Definitely great to serve this pudding as an after meal treat.

Black Sesame & Soya Milk Pudding
Ingredients
Black Sesame Pudding
- 200 ml unsweetened soya milk - or 250ml soya milk without the whipping cream
- 50 ml dairy whipping cream - optional
- 30 g caster sugar
- 2 sheets gelatinn leaf - or 6g gelatin powder
- 2 tbsp black sesame paste
Soya Milk Pudding
- 320 ml unsweetened soya milk
- 40 g caster sugar
- 2 sheets gelatin leaf - or 6g gelatin powder
Instructions
- Black sesame pudding - In a pot, add the soya milk, whipping cream and sugar together. Lightly boil the liquid mixture and stir the sugar till dissolved at low heat.
- Soak the gelatin leaves into cold water for a few seconds, squeeze out excess water and drop into the liquid mixture. Stir till gelatin melted and off heat.
- Stir in black sesame paste and cool down liquid a little.
- Tilt 6 small glasses at an angle on an egg tray or muffin tray. Stir the black sesame mixture again before pouring into glasses. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours to set.
- Soya Milk Pudding - Combine the soya milk and caster sugar in a pot. Lightly boil the soya milk and stir the sugar till dissolved at low heat.
- Soak the gelatin leaves into cold water for a few seconds, squeeze out excess water and drop into the soya milk liquid. Stir till gelatin melted and off heat. Cool soya milk liquid to room temperature.
- Remove the glasses of set black sesame pudding from muffin pan and stand them up right. Gently pour soya milk liquid onto set black sesame pudding.
- Chill pudding for at least two to three hours till set.

- 是一款低脂、低热、超营养的饭后甜品
材料:
黑芝麻奶冻
- 200毫升 无糖豆奶 (或用250毫升豆奶,就不用放谈奶)
- 50毫升 动物性奶油 (谈奶),可不放
- 30克 细砂糖
- 2片 吉利丁片或6克(吉利丁粉)鱼胶粉
- 2汤匙 黑芝麻酱
豆奶奶冻
- 320毫升 无糖豆奶
- 40克 细砂糖
- 2片 吉利丁片或6克吉利丁粉(鱼胶粉)
做法:
- 黑芝麻奶冻 – 将豆奶,谈奶和细糖加入锅中,用小火煮至微滚。
- 鱼胶片浸入冷水软化沥干(几秒钟),加入步骤(1)搅至融化即可离火。
- 拌入黑芝麻酱混合均匀。
- 6个小杯子倾斜放在蛋托或玛芬蛋糕盘上(杯子下面垫着一小张厨房纸可防滑),然后注入黑芝麻奶冻液。放入冰箱冷藏2小时至凝固。
- 豆奶奶冻 – 将豆奶和细糖加入锅中,用小火煮至微滚,搅至细糖融化。
- 鱼胶片浸入冷水软化沥干(几秒钟),加入步骤(5)搅至融化即可离火,放在温室待凉。
- 从冰箱取出黑芝麻奶冻,将杯子平放。倒入豆奶冻液。
- 放回冰箱冷藏耳到三个小时至凝固即可享用。

Hi Fei, you can use agar agar powder but the texture is firm type.
