Mixed Fruits Jelly
I love my post today. I love the colour of this very refreshing and healthy Mixed Fruits Jelly. It was made with fresh orange juice and green kiwifruit puree and I also added some fresh dragon fruit to bring up the vibrant colours of the jellies. Don’t you agree? I hope this Mixed Fruits Jelly will brighten up your day too. This jelly was actually inspired by Jessie of Cooking Moments. She made a very pretty orange jelly with raspberry salad few weeks ago. Just hop over and take a look at her site, you’ll definitely give her an applause for the good job she had done to her one year old blog.

I thought is real fruits. LOL
看起来很像真的水果块,好清新的感觉~
SO pretty, looks refreshing. Great way to get kids to eat fruits 🙂
Beautiful, yummy and healthy, the best words to describe this, will definitely make this for the fmly soon.
Ann, may I know where did you buy the cups from and how many cups can you make with this recipe? Thanks!
Ai Li, the kiwi jelly is not very hard because kiwi is a high fiber fruit. I find it ok cutting after chilling. Store them back in the chiller before consuming.
Ann, are the jelly hard or mushy? My kiwi ones seem a little mushy after I cut them up (I have no problem cutting them up nicely tho). Does it help to harden further when I store them in the chiller after cutting? Thanks!
很喜欢看水果鲜艳的颜色,健康,漂亮!
Such beautiful serving Totally refreshing.

Totally agree with u, I love the colours too. Not many people like dragon fruits, but I'm one of those who enjoy eating them especially the seeds. Looks like your "virus" problem has been resolved. Glad all's well & let's chat again soon 🙂

Oh, Ann, I would love to eat your jellies! Thanks for mentioning my name in your blog! Eh, you have no idea how much do I like jellies but William always said, instead of making jellies, can you make a real dessert(he meant a coffee cake), hahaha! What is so good about your jellies are besides the jellies were made of fresh fruit juices, we can also eat them with some other fruits, yum! Do you like dark chocolate? If you do, let's exchange our jellies as I made mine with some blueberries & raspberries but I do remember you said b4 you don't like raspberries, so I'm going to reserve some blueberries for you!
很漂亮,看了好想吃很清凉的感觉

Ann, may I know where did you buy the cups from and how many cups can you make with this recipe? Thanks!
Good morning Ai Li, you can buy the cups from PH. Not sure how many cups, it depends how many fruit you want to add. Remember not to boil the orange juice for too long. The juice will get bitter taste if it is over boiled. I've another orange jelly coming up on Monday.
Thanks for great advice! Yes will look forward to your orange jelly recipe on Monday!
Ann, are the jelly hard or mushy? My kiwi ones seem a little mushy after I cut them up (I have no problem cutting them up nicely tho). Does it help to harden further when I store them in the chiller after cutting? Thanks!
